Artist handling covers looking after artists at live events, from pre-production to load-out. JAM covers the full scope or steps in for specific parts where an extra experienced hand is needed.
Artist advancing means confirming every show detail — technical, hospitality, travel — before the artist arrives. JAM handles all communication between artist and venue, for anything from single shows to full tours.
Every production is different — some need full support, others just one role for the day. JAM fits into your existing team and keeps communication clear and direct throughout.
JAM runs on custom-built tools: a check-in system that tracks every artist's status on-site in real time, and an advancing system that keeps every deadline and document organised.
Artist handling experience spans Awakenings, Mysteryland, Mystic Garden, Fiesta Macumba Festival, and Amsterdam Open Air. Advancing experience started with Monumental Productions and Faul Productions, followed by a few months of artist-side advancing for De Sluwe Vos.
